Interior Design Methodology: Hotel Interiors

An idea: we begin with an idea developed between you, the client, and us. For example: a contemporary guestroom theme in neutral colors, with a "star" restaurant in a French traditional style, hi-energy coffee shop, and a lobby reflecting the art of the region. Or, it could be using hotel group guidelines -- there are endless possibilities.

Soft design: we work up some sketches, colors, samples of each area of the property: guestrooms, public areas, restaurants, health club, etc... Depending on how you feel about our selections,

Design development: we refine our selections, and begin specific plan layouts, and specification of product based on your budget guidelines (there's no sense in doing all this work if it's not achievable)

Hardlining: we have regular meetings as this work develops, hardlining our documents in CAD, along with specifications.

Sign off: this process continues until everyone is satisfied with the look, budget and timeframe for the project. Then you send it out to suppliers to bid. We are available for document clarification.

Installation: After this bidding process is complete, we are available to supervise the installation.
